Why are they fighting?
What can’t they share?
Why are they against each other
When they can support one another?
How can they not see it?

Mouth opens,
Involuntarily,
Forcibly.

Why don’t you eat
When you have all this?
How is this preferable
To all you could enjoy?
How?
One is poor and unfortunate;
Then what are you?

Mouth opens,
Involuntarily,
Forcibly.

Are you scared?
Are you shocked?
Are you amazed?
Mouth stays open.

Will you eat something?
Are you hungry?

Will you say something?
Are you speechless?

Is it being filled
By getting emptied?

Open mouth,
Are you an entry or an exit,
Of beautiful or ugly things?

Jaw is held long,
After it drops.
Closed only
When tired.

Can silence speak?
It just did.
