Mosaic is one app that holds many small personal apps: language learning, the kitchen, the gym, to-dos, the day, this blog’s posts and more. Each is a tile; together they make a picture of a life. What is special about it is how it grows: Selim speaks what he wants, often from the place where he needs it, and Claude builds it, sometimes while he is still there.
big steps
- 28 Oct 2026: the home screen becomes a puzzle cube, three rounds from the first mock to production in about an hour and a half. Tapping an app opens a cube made of that app’s own screens: a new way to move around (the cube that kept showing up). Two new tiles: AI Journal, where the journal’s reports arrive, and Sessions, where every Claude session reports what it is doing and what it needs (a newsroom with an inbox).
- 27 Oct 2026: the feedback loop closes. A scheduled Claude session works through the reports, ships the small and safe fixes by itself and asks Selim only to check (nobody has to ask). The tiles start talking to each other: practising a language ticks a to-do (when the tiles start talking).
- 26 Oct 2026: Blog, Feedback and Sport are born in one day. Feedback puts a speech bubble on every screen: say what is wrong, and the report carries the screen and the build with it (ideas that couldn’t wait).
